In 2026, we will be celebrating 25 years of partnership and progress. Mark your calendar for the 25th annual Prairie States Animal Welfare Conference (PSC) May 31 - June 2, 2026 at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Bloomington, IL. The PSC Planning Committee has hit the ground running and is planning on making the 2026 conference the best yet.
We are excited to announce that our keynote speaker will be Brett Cooper. Brett is co-author of Solving The People Problem and the visionary President of Integris Performance Advisors, a professional development firm he co-founded to expand the existence of healthy organizations and great places to work. Brett and his team have influenced thousands of people in government, non-profits and corporate America to work together in more productive, more effective and more human ways.
We are also excited to share that Monday evening's entertainment will be Clay Foley - COMEDY TO THE RESCUE. Clay is a stand-up comedian, former humane investigator, and passionate supporter of animal rescue. His nonprofit COMEDY TO THE RESCUE tour travels the country traising money for companion animal charities.
Clay lives in Illinois with his wife and an ever-growing cast of pets. When not touring, he writes and produces his weird news program, Foley Informed.
